Eugene Premier is preparing to greet our guests this summer with a whole new array of RV Sites. The picture above shows the new sites being created south of the existing pond. As part of this construction we will have 13 new high end club sites. Each of these sites will face on a water feature, will have a large patio with table and chairs, a propane BBQ, a propane fire log, and beautiful earthen ware planters. Park your motorhome on one of seven of these sites and a water feature will be right in front of your windshield. Your patio will face the water feature. The other six club sites are set up for back ins of either motor homes or towables. Each site has a separate pad for your towing vehicle. The sites are large and will have big lawns and extensive landscaping. These club sites will be a bit more money but well worth the extra dollars when all the amenities are taken into account. We expect these sites to be in high demand so get your reservations in early. We expect to have these sites ready for occupancy by July 1, 2016 and perhaps a bit sooner depending on mother nature.
In addition to these club sites Eugene will have 32 additional super sites. Five of these will be pull through sites with views of the water features but do not front on a water feature. Five the sites will be nose in sites on one of the water features. The rest of the sites will be back in sites but all have lovely views across the large wheat fields to our east with the Coburg Hills in the background. All these sites have attached parking pads for the tow vehicle, are paved, well landscaped.
Coming slightly later in the summer will be a new event patio that will front on one of our ponds. This patio will have a large community propane friendship fire circle, an outdoor kitchen, and two baths. The 30 x 45 foot square patio will have a 30 x 30 foot event pavilion so it can be used in inclement weather. Your group can reserve this facility. During Duck athletic events the pavilion will be reserved for tailgate parties for our loyal Duck fans.
As the year progresses we will also be completing a new secured covered storage for 7 RV’s, outside storage for approximately 17 RV’s and two additional BBQ patios for small group use. We have renewed our lease on the RV storage area just to the north of our property and will also have that available until our new storage spaces are completed. This facility has 32 paved storage sites with either 30 or 50 amp power and is completely fenced and lighted.
Joe and Tracy and their associates look forward to hosting you this summer. Check out the web site for events that you can enjoy while staying with us. The summer is shaping up to be extremely busy so please get your reservations made early. You can reserve on line or call Eugene at 1-888-710-8451.
Premier RV Resort in Salem has the newest, best Yurt village in Oregon. Each Yurt is 24 feet in diameter and each has its own personality. A clear dome lets you enjoy the stars at night and a translucent roof panel in the ceiling floods the yurt with natural light in the daytime. Each yurt has a nice patio or deck nestled under the trees. The whisper of Rickreall Creek can be heard in the yurt. The birds serenade you at twilight and wake you with song in the morning.
Pick the yurt that suits you best. One has a sea shore theme with relaxing white rockers, a king size bed in one sleeping area and another sleeping area with twin beds. Enjoy a more western feel? Try the honeymoon yurt for two with a big comfortable king size bed and lots of room in which to relax. The third yurt has two private sleeping areas with a queen size bed in one and twin beds in the other. A little too cool outside? Turn on the heat pump for instant heat. In the summer cool things down a bit with the heat pump cooling feature. Want to watch a little TV? Turn on the new flat screen TV and enjoy dozens of channels. Relax on the private patios under the maple and oak trees. The yurt village is less than 100 feet from the main lodge, swimming pool and hot tub, and bath facilities.
You don’t even need to bring bedding, fresh linens and towels are waiting for you in your yurt. Bring your cooler with your favorite grilling meat and fixings and we furnish the BBQ. Or walk about two blocks to the Hwy 22 Café and enjoy fresh fruit milkshakes and a full menu of delicious food. Hwy 22 Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the Premier lodge you can buy your favorite beverages, snacks, wine, beer, and ice for your cooler.
What does it cost? For two people the cost is $89.00 per night including the linens and full use of all the resort amenities. For three or four people the cost is $99.00 per night. We know that most of our newsletter readers own and use RV’s. The yurts offer you an opportunity to meet up with your non-RVing friends and family at a resort that has great amenities with something for everyone to do. So invite your friends or family for a get together at Salem
Premier RV Resort. Everyone will have a great relaxing experience and a comfortable place to sleep well at night.
Fun was being had at a recent Chili Feed in the remodeled club house in Redding. A family photo booth complete with props got everyone smiling! Weekly events are held in the nicely air conditioned club house. You can also enjoy our new exercise room.
You will enjoy ice cream socials, breakfasts, game nights, and hamburger feeds in the club house or on the large shaded deck. Tuesday the 21st of July was free sundae night and everyone had a great time getting to know fellow campers, enjoying the ice cream and sharing the fun in the family photo booth.
We regularly updated this section of our site with upcoming events, ideas of area attractions, special offers, and other ideas and information on the RVing lifestyle.
