GENERAL
Reservations
Q. Are you a membership resort?
A. No, we are open to the public and welcome everyone, no membership needed.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. You can book online at www.premierrvresorts.com or call the resorts directly and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation, or do you accept drop-ins?
A: While we strongly recommend making a reservation for your stay with us to make sure we have a suitable site for your RV, we also accept drop ins whenever there is availability.
Q. Are you open year-round?
A. Yes, all our resorts are open 365 days a year. To allow our staff to spend the holidays with their families, our offices are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Q. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
A. You can make a reservation for anytime in the current or next calendar year.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A: Any reservation cancelled at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid, minus a cancellation fee of $25.00. Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the date of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay in the selected site, yurt or lodge. Failure of a guest to either arrive on the start date of their reservation or to cancel it prior to arrival is considered a "no show". No show reservations will be cancelled on the morning following the scheduled arrival date, and no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for early departure of any stay. Deposits for month-to-month stays are non-refundable.
Q. How much of a deposit do I need to make?
A: To confirm a reservation, we simply need a deposit equal to one night’s stay in your selected site or lodging.
Q. When is check-in? What about check out? Can I get a late checkout?
A. Check-in for tent and RV sites is at 12:00 noon except in Lincoln City, where it is 1:00 PM. Check-in for non-RV lodging (Salem’s yurts and Granite Lake lodges) is 3:00 PM to allow for housekeeping. Check out for all sites and lodging is 11:00 am. Late check-outs up to 2:00 PM are occasionally available during the quieter seasons, but are generally not available between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Q. How long can I stay?
A: You are welcome to stay up to 28 consecutive days.
Q. What if I want to stay longer than 28 days?
A: We usually have RV sites available for extended stays between October – April annually. To book an extended stay of a month or more, please get in touch with the resort directly to begin the application process. Extended stay guests are required to meet RV age and condition standards as well as pass a background check.
Family Club
Q: What is the Family Club? Does it cost to join?
A: The Family Club is Premier RV Resorts loyalty program – it’s free to join and when you stay 7 nights at any of our resorts – you can even mix-n-match – you get the 8th night free. Family Club members also get 10% off their nightly stays as well as most merchandise in our gift shops. Be sure to ask for your membership when checking in at any of our Resorts!
RV’s & Sites
Q. What’s included with my RV Site?
A: When you reserve an RV site, the cost includes your selected site, power, water and a sewer connection. All other amenities such as wifi, cable, hot tubs, fitness rooms or even our coffee bar are complimentary, and while we’ll always do our best to ensure they are available to our guests, they are not guaranteed.
Q. Can my (grand)kids sleep in a tent in my RV site?
A: Only RV’s are permitted in the RV sites, we do not permit tents or other temporary structures either on the lawn or asphalt/concrete.
Q. Can I sleep in my car/SUV?
A: As an RV Resort, we do not permit car camping.
Q. Do you allow “skoolies” (converted school buses) and other RV conversions such as cargo trailers?
A: We do not allow homemade RVs, or vehicles that people have converted into RV’s themselves such as “skoolies”. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know if the safety features have been included or put in properly, which along with the risk of non-certified electrical wiring or propane gas piping, creates too much of a risk to our guests and property to have them in our resorts.
Q. Do you have an age restriction on RV’s?
A: No, we do not have an age restriction on any RV staying 28 days or less. We do limit extended stays to RV’s that are 10 years old or newer.
Q. Can we have a campfire?
A: Yes, you can! While wood fires are only permitted in the tent sites at our Salem resort*, you are welcome to use your self-contained propane/gas fire at any RV or tent site. Please just make sure you place it on the concrete or asphalt, and not on the grass or patio furniture. We also have propane Friendship Fire Pits available for our guests to use at all our locations. (*subject to any burn bans imposed by the county Fire Marshall)
Q. I won’t be arriving until after your office hours. How do I find my site?
A: No problem, each of our resorts has an after-hours check-in box near the office door. Simply look inside for an envelope with your last name, it will contain a map and all the other information you need. If you don’t have a reservation and are arriving after hours, a list of available sites for the night will also be listed on the after-hours check-in box.
Q. I’m pulling a car/boat on a trailer; do you need to know about that?
A: Yes, we do. We assign sites based on the total length of your rig, so that you may park comfortably without any part of your RV or other vehicles sticking out into the road or parked on the grass. Unless you mention it in advance, we may not have room for your extra trailer or car dolly, and we do not permit these in our regular parking lots.
Q. Can my friends come to visit during my stay?
A: Day visitors are welcome, however, please be aware that extra parking can be very limited, so please plan ahead to minimize vehicles in the resort as much as possible. There is no additional charge for day visitors unless they are using any of our amenities such as overflow parking, or the swimming pool or hot tub, in which case there is a small fee.
Pets
Q. Are you pet friendly? Do you have a pet limit, or weight/breed restrictions?
A: Absolutely, up to 2 pets (domestic cats and/or dogs) are welcomed at all Premier RV Resorts. We do not have any weight or breed restrictions, although livestock (including miniature pigs), are not permitted. Please keep in mind that noisy, messy, destructive, dangerous or intentionally free-roaming pets will be asked to leave the resort with their owners.
Q. Can I let my pet off-leash?
A: We have clean, secure off-leash areas at each resort where your pet is welcome to run and play as long as you are there with him/her. All pets, including cats, must always be leashed with a responsible adult on the other end of the leash when they are outside of your RV and the off-leash areas.
Q. Can I put up pet fencing at my site?
A: No, outside pens, fencing/crates or dog houses are prohibited.
Q. Can I bring my pet to the yurts in Salem or the lodges in Granite Lake? What about service animals?
A: We have one pet-friendly lodge in Granite Lake. Please be sure to request it when making your reservation. Sorry, they are not allowed in the yurts in Salem due to the canvas walls which are easily damaged by pets. Service Animals, who are trained to perform a specific task for a handler with a disability, are always welcome in all areas and lodgings. Please note that Emotional Support and/or Comfort Animals are not considered Service Animals, and that Premier RV Resorts respects all laws and bylaws regarding pets, including RCW49.60.214 “Misrepresentation of an Animal as a Service Animal”.
Policies
Q. I see you have a 24-hour Emergency Maintenance phone number. What should I use this for?
A: If you have an emergency requiring fire, police or ambulance response, please call 911, and then, if possible, advise our 24-hour Emergency phone so our staff can meet the first responders and guide them in. For other emergencies involving water, power, or sewer, such as broken water pipes, or if you don’t have electricity at your site, please call our Emergency Maintenance number, and we’ll have someone come out to make sure you are safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, we cannot respond after hours to non-emergency inconveniences such as issues with the cable TV or wifi, but please let the office know about these types of situations as soon as they open at 9:00 am and we’ll have someone come right over to assist you.
Q. Is RV-specific toilet paper necessary? What about “flushable” wipes?
A: Yes! RV specific toilet paper is not only necessary to prevent clogs in your RV’s black tank, but also our septic systems. ALL wipes, including so-called flushable wipes must be thrown in the garbage rather than flushed as they WILL cause very unpleasant and expensive blockages in the resort’s sewage system. Remember - NO wipes in the pipes!
Q. I’m coming for a holiday weekend, can I bring fireworks?
A: Fireworks, including both airborne and handheld fireworks (sparklers), are not permitted at any time. They are simply too dangerous to use around the large number of propane tanks in an RV resort. Ask any of our friendly desk staff and they’d be happy to direct you to the closest local fireworks displays on holidays.
Q: Can my kids drive my golf cart/UTV or a motorized toy vehicle around the resort?
A: Anyone driving a motorized vehicle of any type in the resort must be a licensed driver. The posted speed limit of 5 miles per hour applies to all vehicles, including e-bikes and motorized skateboards/scooters.
Q: Can we leave things outside our RV?
A: While theft is a rare occurrence in any of our resorts, you are reminded to keep your personal belongings inside your RV when you are not there, and to lock up outdoor items such as bicycles.
EUGENE
Q. Since you are right beside the interstate (I-5), is the highway noise loud?
A: The highway noise is audible, but we think that the convenience of being right next to Exit 199 more than makes up for it. While most of our guests are not bothered and consider it “white noise”, if you are particularly sensitive, please ask for (or use our online “Select My Site” feature to choose) a site on the east side of the resort, which is farthest from the highway.
Q. I want to make sure I have a site next to my friends as we are travelling together, how do I ensure this?
A: Easy, we have a Select My Site feature for our online bookings that for a small fee allows you to pick a specific site for your stay and lock it in so you will not be moved. Pick two (or more!) sites together and apply this feature and you will have peace of mind that you will be staying together in those sites.
Q: Can I use Select My Site to guarantee I’ll get the specific site I want even if I’m travelling by myself?
A: Yes, absolutely!
Q: How do I know my site number if I don’t want to use Select My Site?
A: We will assign your site number at check-in. We can guarantee it will be within the site type you selected (Executive, Super, etc.), but we will not be able to provide you with a specific site number until check-in.
Q. Are we allowed to fish in the pond?
A: Yes, we allow catch-and-release fishing in the pond. An Oregon State fishing license is not required.
Q: Do you have a kids’ playground?
A: Yes, we have swings and a climbing structure as well as a small mini-golf putting green.
Q. When does your pool open/close? What about the hot tub?
A: The pool is open seasonally, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the spring and fall, and from 9:00 am to 9:00 PM in the summer. The hot tub is open year-round, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm in the summer, and from 9:00 am to 7:00 PM in the spring, fall and winter.
Q. I’m visiting friends in Eugene, can they come over and use the swimming pool during my stay with you?
A: Yes, but please check in with the office as a small fee applies to day visitors using the amenities. You must also stay with your visitors when they are using any facility in the resort.
Q: Do you offer wifi?
A: Yes, although there are limitations on the bandwidth available, so unfortunately, we cannot provide home-quality wifi to sites and access is not guaranteed. To help ensure that there is enough bandwidth for all guests to connect for basic services such as email, streaming is not permitted. If you rely on wifi for work, school or other commitments, we recommend you bring your own hotspot or other service.
Q: Can we reserve the pavilion for private parties/events?
A: Yes, please call the office and we can customize a package for you including pavilion rental.

A: Yes, we do. We offer both soft drinks and beer/wine, chips, snacks and other food items including ice cream and a limited selection of frozen food. Q: Do you have a kids’ playground? What about a pool?
A: While we don’t have a kids’ playground on site, there are several within walking distance along the riverfront pathway. Simply ask our friendly office staff for directions! Due to the proximity of the river we cannot have a swimming pool, but swimming, tubing and other watersports are very popular on the river which is just outside your RV door!
Q: How long is the riverfront path and where does it go?
A: The Lewis-Clark Valley has over 16 miles of paved riverfront pathways that reach from Roosters restaurant in Clarkston to downtown Asotin, to the Clearwater River Casino just east of Lewiston!
Q: Are there any good restaurants in town?
A: Check with our friendly office staff and they’d be happy to make a recommendation based on your preferences.
Q: How’s the fishing?
A: You can check the most recent fishing reports from the Washington Department of Fish ad Wildlife at: https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/reports , and don’t worry if you forgot to get a fishing license, Granite Lake Premier RV Resort is a WDFW dealership and we can sell you hunting and fishing licenses and tags right in the office.

A: If you are walking, exit Premier RV Resort and go north (right) to the Inn at Spanish Head’s resort lot. You will see a tunnel that goes under the highway. After you go through the tunnel go up the hill to the left to get back on the sidewalk headed south. Go right at Beach Avenue and after about 200 yards you will see a sign that reads “Beach Access”. 75 stairs down will get you to our lovely stretch of beach. Please do not enter Inn at Spanish Head as they do not allow non-guests to use their elevator or facilities. If you are driving there are multiple entrance points both north and south within 1 mile.

If you experience any difficulties with the wifi, please call the customer service number on the card with your connection code. Sorry, our desk or maintenance staff cannot troubleshoot wifi connection issues.
Q. Can I camp in a tent?
A: Yes, our Salem resort offers 5 classic grassy tent camping sites. They have beautiful large trees, a fire ring and plenty of room for one large or two small tents. The tent sites have a small, shared kitchen building for guest use with power, water and a microwave, and they are conveniently located near the fitness/game room which has a bathroom. Please note that guests in the tent sites must be tent camping, we do not permit car camping (sleeping in your car) or RV boondocking in these sites.
Q. Are the yurts available year-round?

A: We have two. We have a small dog park on Robin Lane with pea gravel, and a large grassy park in the lower field near the kid’s playground. A: For your own safety, the best way to access West Hills Vineyard is to drive. The highway is the main route between the coast and Salem and can be extremely busy. Before you go, stop by the front desk and ask for a coupon for a complimentary glass of wine, which is available to our registered guests (one coupon per site, please).
